Commissioned art may be used as artwork example; to keep it private, an additional 25% of the initial cost will be charged.
The delivery deadline is up to one month after approval of the sketch.
Payment must be made upon approval of the sketch OR in two installments (50% upon delivery of the sketch + 50% upon delivery of the final artwork).

The final file can be delivered via Google Drive or e-mail.
After approval of the sketch, 24 hours are allowed for refund requests of the amount already paid (75% of the amount will be refunded).
In the case of refund requests after the 24-hour period after approval of the sketch, only part of the amount will be refunded (the percentage may vary depending on the stage at which the artwork is). In case of delays or unforeseen circumstances, agreements and reimbursements are possible.
Pre-approval updates will be made periodically.
Free pose/expression changes will not be made after the final sketch is approved.
An additional fee may be applied for multiple changes.
For artwork intended for commercial purposes, a fee will be discussed in advance.
